Work / The story behind the work

The work behind the whole picture.

Strong visuals open the door. The context, decisions, and outcomes show what the work was built to do.

One conference. One connected system.

A multi-season partnership spanning the website, session production, event delivery, promotion, and the reporting that guides the next year.

Road to Recovery / Session production excerpt

A conference lives across more than event day.

Each season brings a website, dozens of sessions, speakers, sponsors, live and virtual audiences, promotional content, and months of on-demand viewing. Every part affects what comes next.

Work close enough to understand the whole program.

STELLAR supports OAgC across web content and structure, session creation, speaker preparation, on-site recording, conference-day technology, promotional media, and post-event analysis.

Several audiences need the same product to make sense.

Architects, builders, installers, and buyers approach cladding systems with different questions. The brand has to carry technical credibility while keeping the product easy to recognize and understand.

A visual language that travels across the business.

STELLAR developed identity assets, website visuals, brochures, product photography, and technical sales materials that connect the company’s brand with its products and installed applications.

Turn a service into a felt experience.

A storyboarded brand film designed around the journey from a busy street into a calm, personal treatment experience.

Fresh Organic / Treatment sequence

Let the customer journey carry the story.

The film begins outside, follows the client into the space, and moves through greeting, atmosphere, and treatment details. The sequence gives an intangible service a clear beginning, middle, and emotional destination.

Plan the feeling before the camera arrives.

STELLAR shaped the storyboard, planned matching transitions, combined drone and ground-camera coverage, directed the visual sequence, and edited the finished brand piece.

Course outline Content gap analysis Filming guidance Rough cut and EDL Review and QA Post-production handoff

As Product Manager at education technology company Yellowbrick, Quinn owns the product layer for a platform that coordinates the full course-production workflow. It moves from course outlines and content gap analysis through filming guidance, rough-cut and edit decision list output, review, and post-production handoff.

The product work includes user interviews, personas and user stories, request diagnosis, feature specifications, and deciding what is ready for engineering. During delivery, Quinn leads QA, shoot-day support, and incident response across engineers, instructional designers, production teams, and video editors.
